schedo.dev operates on a subscription basis. When you subscribe to our services, you agree to recurring billing based on your chosen plan (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 New Subscriptions
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription if:
- You are unable to use our service due to technical limitations on our part
- You have not exceeded the usage limits of your plan
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
2.2 Recurring Subscriptions
For ongoing subscriptions:
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Usage fees for resources consumed
- Add-on services or features
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Partial months of service
